Every order is made to order via our print-on-demand partner. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will replace or refund it in full. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue: hello@asabovesoldbelow.xyz.
Because every item is made on demand (to reduce waste), we cannot accept returns for change of mind on non-personalised items unless required by law.
UK consumers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom and personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun.
Personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty. The name you provide is printed exactly as submitted — please double-check before ordering.
Please consult the size guide before ordering. We cannot offer free exchanges for sizing choices, but we will work with you if the garment is significantly different from stated dimensions.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
